I actually 9 stone 8 and half today I have done the wrong weight for pounds ooops
134.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1696 kcal Fat: 59.30g | Prot: 124.80g | Carb: 172.23g.   Breakfast: onion, Smoked or Cured Bacon, eggs, coffee. Lunch: banana, extra light mayo, tuna(in brime), BEETROOT. Dinner: butter, carrots, gravy, BROCCOLI, TURNIP, cajun chicken breast, CAULIFLOWER. Snacks/Other: sweet and low, weetabix, ww almond slice, PEPSI MAX, alpen strawberry and yogurt bar, semi skimmed milk. more...
