My weight is still fluctuating, which is frustrating to say the least. I'm trying my hardest to watch what I eat, but unfortunately, right now finances are tight, and we're having a hard time finding healthy cheap meals. I haven't been exercising for some reason, and it's driving me bonkers, but hopefully today I'll be able to squash that. I really just need to get into the habit of working out, and that's really my problem.
Stress levels are high, and I tend to stuff my mouth to compensate. Too make matters worse, the closer it gets to this wedding, the worse I feel about not losing weight. I have a month to feel comfortable in my own body, and I don't think I'm going to get there. It makes me want to cry. The husband - from now on shall go by Chuck - is no help. I mean, he's supportive (his idea of supportive is "quit bitching and just do it"), but he always just tells me that I don't need to lose weight and I look beautiful/sexy as it is.
Sometimes, I feel like he's lying, and just saying that to make me feel better. It's stupid, but there are just small things that make me feel like that.

Oh, well, the only way I can change how I feel is to change what I want to change. I'm never going to be satisfied until I make those changes. I need my own little bubble so I can just focus on that, without getting distracted by tv or internet.

Wouldn't it be neat if we could just freeze time of our own volition and just workout like a mofo? Go from 200lbs to 135 in a day! LOL

You look beautiful to me, and Sexy is an attitude! Here are some tips. Go out and walk after every meal. Every meal. Get in the zone and put on those headphones. You can get all the visuals outside when you are walking :) Weddings are stressful. Not your fault, but save that appetite for the wedding reception. To make it a little easier, cut TWO items from your diet. Ready. (1) Breads--all types; and (2) Sugars. Eat protein within the first hour of waking. If you are trying to loose weight in the mid-section, NO NUTS. NONE. NADA. Don't touch that! For real. NUTS are a healthy fat, but you want to use your stored fat for energy and burn it off. Salads. Eat a lot of them. Use spices rather than dressings to add flavor. Ok just a smidgen of dressing, but just a little. Don't be hard on yourself. The weight does not come on over night. Set mini goals and you will be less frustrated. Make you first goal by eliminating the two items noted above. You will see the weight come off just by eliminating breads and sugars alone. Take care and be beautiful and be sexy. Remember, it's an attitude. Guys love that attitude, so put it on girl and put on your best.

You cannot "out-exercise" a poor nutrition plan. Food is 90% if the battle - the exercise is important but what we eat is the primary part of it. Calories in must be less than the calories out to lose weight.

Thanks, guys. It helps knowing that I have a little support on here. Arualann, you're so right, sexy IS an attitude, I have to keep telling myself all that. I will take your advice on cutting those things out. The both are going to be difficult, because, like any "normal" person, I love carbs and sweets.I'm not a big proponent of nuts, anyways, save for maybe cashews, so that should't be a problem. HCB, I know what you say is true, and I've been there before, where I was eating low cal, healthy foods, but I was also exercising. Exercise just makes me feel better, which makes me want to eat better, but for some reason, it's just difficult for me to just get up and do it. I need Shia Labeouf to be my motivator.
