Teddy's Journal, 18 August 2015

I have been exercising consistently over recent weeks. I am getting stronger but not really loosing much weight. That is fine for now, since I am close to my maintenance weight goal of 160, but the reality may actually be that 165 is my actual maintenance weight.

166.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

If you just started upping your exercise, it could just be water retention! Keep it up-you can get there! :)

You are very athletic so you may need to account for your muscle density.

I know I'm done if the squishy bits are gone. When you sit on a rigid chair, how does your stomach look? That's a good measurement.
