This is a two week wiegh in...gained 6 lbs...for me, this is what happens when I am only 75-80% on eating plan and have little or NO extra excercise ( I KNOW, Frosty, its MOSTLY about our Way of EATING..lol)...or put another way...I stay totally on plan for 3 or 4 days and then "indulge" in a 3,000 calorie day....I formerly would have called that "reasonably well."...and it probably is for SOME folks...but with MY body and MY metabolism...it seems as though Nothing short of 100% compliance will produce results...BACK TO BASICS of LOGGING EVERY DAY and being more accountable to MYSELF and to Y'ALL. I AM CLIMBING THE MOUNTAIN AGAIN THIS MORNING...That is SO much better than just "resting along the trail." As one of my buddies says: ONWARD and DOWNWARD!
326.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

If nothing else times like that help us to know how far we can reasonably go off track and what to expect from it. Welcome back to the climb, I'm headed up the hill with you.

I agree with jmb3450. STT58, You can do this! So "climb" that mountain along side "us" and you'll reach your goal.

I would gladly trade any of you with my situation. even though I am allotted 2200 cals, I can't even reach 1500 of that. be thankful you have your large intestine, it's a whole nother challenge without it. you are all doing so AWESOME and I hope I can do half as well as you. you are my role models.

TRYING REALLY HARD, THE BIGGEST I HAVE BEEN IN A LONG TIME. I HAVE JOINED A CHALLENGE FOR 4 WEEKS WITH HERBALIFE. I KNOW IT WORKS, BECAUSE I DID IT YEARS AGO AND LOST 47 LBS. Yah you!!! Perhas not so much a mountain, but more a golden road to joy and improved health. The best way to travel.;-) Empty feels so much better than full, and the joy and blessings are beyond compare!!!

WOW!! THANK YOU FOR ENCORAGEMENT.... YOU ARE RIGHT WE ALL CAN DO THIS WITH NEW MERCIES EVERYDAY. BECAUSE, I AM SURE EACH ONE OF US ALSO FACES BATTLES OF EVERYDAY LIFE, BECAUSE WE ARE ALL BROKEN VESSELS AND GOD WANTS TO MEND US, IF WE JUST LET HIM.... Just a small blip on the graph. Dust off and get back on track. It's important to know yourself. My hubby just gained back a few pounds because he relaxed the rules a bit. For me, it's super important to count calories. That's how I know if I'm really doing well. Logging makes us accountable for what we put in our mouths and makes you think twice before cheating. I know it's a huge deterrent for me! Onward and downward!

The great thing though SSTT58 is that you already know what it takes to be successful here. You have both the tools and know how to apply them; you have in the past and you will in the future! Stumble, lapse, slide, whatever you want to call it was yesterday, it doesn't define you as a person. Onward And Downward! Love it!
