watch the salt...I seem to be very sensitive to it, make me keep on weight like a camel if I even look a those crystals.

Good substitution for salt is something like Mrs Dash. I have a whole lineup of them ;-)

I keep my salt very minimal. It actually burns my mouth almost as bad as a Jalapeno.

I love the Mrs. Dash and have the same problem as Jerrymiller, so use it in lieu of the salt. Watch for hidden sodium.
