Wow! I have been good lately, but I was quite pleasantly surprised to see the scale has finally decided to keep up with me. :) I have broken free of those oh-so-slow 150s. My goal is in sight. Happy, happy, happy dance!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
