Teddy's Journal, 28 August 2007

I have been phase three (with many phase 2 meals) for the last couple weeks. I feel great, dont miss anything and have made a little progress. My big challenge right now will be to ramp up my exercise more. Mainly I have been swimming when I get a chance and running a couple times. I guess I need to set up my weights. Overall I am happy. I suspect that I will be more into lifting once I buy my laptop and I can watch poker on you tube out in the garage while I lift. Heh.
164.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I think a lot of the problems maintaining a regular workout revolve around boredom management. YouTube poker sounds like a reasonable solution. Apparently people work out harder if they listen to music, which is true for me, but it's still not quite engaging enough. Wow -- you're below your "goal weight". I think I've only seen that once before on Fatsecret. Way to go!

Glad to see you're happy...and healthy it seems. I laughed at what you wrote by my journal. I do alot of people watching while I'm sweating and I love the "drama" that see with the 20 somethings! lol

thanks for the comments! as it turns out-- we decided to get new phones yesterday and we got iphones. So now I have no excuse for not lifting-- so its exercise time out in the garage with the recent wsop for entertainment!
