During vacation I strayed from phase 3-- more carbs, desserts and drinking than is best. Also, my exercising had fallen off a great deal (with the exception of body boarding and playing in the ocean). Mainly, a long standing shoulder injury made it hard to exercise. The good news is that in general, the diet has affected my preferences, so all was moderated somewhat. Anyways, I am getting back to the routine. After eating a big salad today at lunch I weighed in at 165.2. My big goal is to stick with phase 3 and work on getting back into exercise some more.
