It's great to still be losing weight. I hate when I hit a plateau and get stuck. Next week I will be on the booster phase of my diet so I will see how that goes. Hope everybody is doing good.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
