What can I say, I am just an old man who has spent the better part of my adult life, I’m not going to sugar coat it, getting and being fat. With weight gain comes the associated health problems, primarily high blood pressure. Is that cheese burger really worth having to take a pill every day? For most of my life the answer has been yes. In May 2015 my weight hit its highest; 215 Lbs. or 97.2 Kilos. I cannot say why I finally made the decision to change my life. For whatever reason, I started May 27, 2015. As of that date I took medicine for high blood pressure, without it my blood pressure always exceeded 140 over 90. It took me about an hour and a half for me to walk three miles.
