Tried not to step on the darn scale all day, hence not weighing in the morning (again), but, weighed after a small, early dinner, and I have not been having temporary fluctuations.
I’m going to a “belated birthday dinner” at a restaurant, that I planned myself, tomorrow with two friends! Yum! They have fish on the menu, thankfully…I’m technically a pescatarian, but I say “vegetarian” to avoid kidding myself into eating fish too frequently.

Seaweed chips are even more expensive (per portion, considering they are a snack and not a meal) than fish, because companies are smart lol.
They *know* that those things taste better than fish, have an even higher concentration of iodine than fish and no mercury, or at least very little mercury, are a good substitute for chips if you absolutely will go crazy with *no chips* lol, and are a quick snack.
lol. It’s a pain. No more seaweed chips for awhile since I can really munch on multiple packs a day on those things. Back to the dreaded fish—well, dreaded unless you are at a restaurant…expensive but still less of a splurge than seaweed chips!!! And easy to split one piece in half because it is so filling anyway.
