The beautiful city of Rome wasn’t built in a day, but that didn’t stop the Romans from building it. Bringing back your original beauty and body won’t happen in days, weeks or months. It will take a long time. It will be a tough journey. It will tire you out. But in the end, it will all be worth it.
330.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 170.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
