Well, well. I am glad I had a perfect Monday thru Thursday because my birthday weekend celebration was a total destruction of diet and exercise! I did absolutely no exercise and ate and drank absolutely anything people put in front of me. Almost a 7 pound gain. :(

The good news. Birthdays come once a year, even though with every passing year, it seems like they come a few weeks earlier every year! Lol.

So it's back on the horse today. I am really hoping much of this is water weight.

Have a great week and wish me luck...I will do the same.
212.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 15.9 lb a week

Water and salt. I ate out yesterday and noticed that my rings were tighter last night and this morning.

Most of the gain will be water. You can flush it out and be right back on your way. Onward and downward!
