I was close to my estimate. I'm taking it one day at a time. I'm setting 5lb goals. It's easier to get to than 30lbs. My first goal is 330 then it'll be 5lb the next ones. I think I'm starting a cold, my throat hurts and I got a little cough. a honey tea at work will hopefully help.
