Home today with the flu?! I blame it on my little guy. He came down with something Tuesday afternoon. I stayed home with him on Wednesday and Thursday and tried to get some work done. Last night I wasn't feeling to good, so I guess it's my turn to hang out on the couch. Sigh. One work out this week. Hopefully, I kick this illness and be able to get back to working out by Monday.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
