We went to see my daughter in law who lives three hours drive away and then came back home the same day- she's not very well so it was a meal deal on the way down and bacon sandwich when we got back home late. Saturday I was tired and quite frankly couldn't be bothered making anything, so it was a sandwich for lunch and fish and chips take away for tea with a gin as dessert. Oh and one square of dark chocolate. Later this week we go on holiday for 10 days, I'll try to be good while I'm away- honest. The scales don't lie.....
