Hi you motivated people. Over 210 again ugh!!! I have been working hard with the weights and doing my cardio and drinking my water (I feel I am going to drown!) and gained .8 of a pound. Oh well, I will just keep doing what I am doing and it's got to happen. I weigh too much to plateau don't you think?

HAVE A GREAT REMAINDER OF THE WEEK AND REMEMBER...

210.2 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Since you are like me and have your own plan I don't know how things fit. However in looking at your food diary there are not lots of veggies. you might want to add veggies for nutrients and fiber. Your calories are low so you might want to also switch around our exercise if you are concentrating on cardio do some strength training or the opposite. Besides remember your weight fluctuates all the time, so I found it helpful to average over a week and not stress over that daily ups and downs. add them up divide by 7 and you have an average. Someone here a couple years ago recommended that to me when I was stressed over my weight going up and down every day.....

your body needs an 'adjust' period every now and again for a bit. trust you are doingg the right things and keep going. it will come.
