if you could call no los no gain a success, it was yesterday. Long busy day. Little exercise but really none so to speak and ate whatever I could find in minutes. Tomorrow should be really good, hopefully at 209 or under because today is a clean my place, ride a few miles on my bike if it doesn't rain and a full body workout, including martial arts.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND AND REMEMBER...A DAY IS NOT A LIFETIME.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 59.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not such a nutty day today. A bit tempered with having to go to a memorial service. Other than that a good day. Hope you managed a bike ride before the rain, it's getting dark, thundering and about to rain again here.
