hey scout1idfs the dreaded scales they can be very annoying i find that weighing myself to often does my nut in as they from day to day say up and down and it is very off puting and so dont worry the scales dont always tell the whole truth so keep your head up it will get where you want it because you are determind so keep it up i know how it feels.

Thanks for the comments and the support everyone. It's just so frustrating to give up almost everything you love to eat and start eating what you don't really care for because it's healthy (in healthy amounts) and still can't seem to get past a certain point in your loss. I haven't had a pizza since October 2014 and I'm not going to till I reach my goal unless it's blood test time then I'll wait till after ;) . I think that's one of my all time favorites and I want one bad!!
