Wow. I weighed myself today and was worried I gained a pound or two as I have gotten pretty lax about my diet. Surprised to find I've lost another 1.6 pounds. One thing. I've been exercising 6 days a week. Some days a bike ride with son (today was 25 miles), some days 1 hour at gym (30 cardio +30 weights)and some days at hotel (travel a lot for work).
Gotten used to the exercise and its now part of my life. Hope to continue as just had a physical and my Cholesterol and trigylcerides were great.
Best luck to all the dieters. I went through it also so know how hard it is.
172.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week
