Ouch, expected and expected to go up more after yesterday, but I'm back on track today. Heater is in--yayeee. Life can get easier now.
203.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 83.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a new day & new focus today Jillzee. It's Tenacious Tuesday, this is the day we stand up after we fall & get back to climbing. This is the day to get your attack back on track. You got this!!!

Glen-you hit the nail on the head--enjoy the lack of stress! Thank you! Today was a wonderful day and I did great with my calories. Now, all I need is sleep. I want to go on all my buddies pages and comment, but I'm exhausted. I need sleep so bad. LOL. Hoping to catch up tomorrow night!
