Didn't get under 210 but will by next Monday for sure! Lost .6 pounds since last weigh in. Going to make it a wine free week (except for next Sunday) with the help of my cooperative friends. :)

What's your goal for the week? And please, don't be naughty! Lol
210.8 lb Lost so far: 58.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're so close! You'll get there by next week for sure. My goal for the week is to be more mindful when I get the urge to snack or reach for chocolate. I tend to just not care and give in to the stress cravings, so I'm going to try to figure out how to work around those.

mars2kids, girls say chocolate is a food group in itself so don't deprive yourself every once in a while.

I have been eating Yams of late in lieu of baked potato. Tasted great and it seems to be ok for weight loss. My goal 208. don't know if I can get there but I just finished my weight training and feel totally spent. So hopefully, a positive start to the week.
