Sunday marks a complete week back on keto and despite the lethargy withdrawals I feel fantastic. Down about 5lbs and I'm super proud of myself!
160.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
