I was surprised that I didn't gain weight, let alone drop .2 pounds.

It was a nice meal. Really simple but well received. Or maybe it was the wine!! Lol.

HAPPY SATURDAY!
211.8 lb Lost so far: 57.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cabernet was the wine of choice. I haven't checked the pounds lost per week but .9 seems rather anemic. I will have to move that up to at least 2 from now on. Thanks again for the support.

Any down is good. Also slow is good.
