I am trying to increase my activity, but having a broken foot makes it difficult. I plan to increase my walking to four ten minute walks a day and keep my up my twenty minute upper body workout. It is hard to tell how much energy I use walking because I am only partial weight bearing on my left foot. I am using a lot more upper body strength to get around.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
