Kept myself in check all week (and did a pretty good job at it) but I kinda lost it over the week end. Had family over on Saturday, great food and good wine were had... Enough said.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
