Hello, everyone! I am still weighing in once a week on Wednesday, but I had to weigh in today for my two challenges. :)
131.2 lb Lost so far: 70.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, everyone! Since I only weigh in once a week it puts less stress on me. I still weigh in every day at home, to keep me on the straight and narrow. I add up all the weights for the week and divide by 7 to get my average weight for the week. I won't be weighing in tomorrow, because I already did it yesterday. Good luck to all of you!

Hey Deb: If you try coffee with coconut oil; the trick is to pour your hot coffee over the coconut oil so it melts, then add your almond milk or whatever you use and BLEND it to a frothy mixture - otherwise it will be like oily coffee. I use one tbs coconut oil, one tbs grass fed butter and almond milk. I blend and it is actually delicious. Some people add sweetener. It sounds icky - but it is actually good and the medium chain triglycerides in the coconut oil give you instant usable energy and mental clarity.
