Just like the turtle and the hare, I keep on moving slowly. Believe it or not, I walk an average of 5.5 to 8 miles a day working. I know for me it’s all about CICO. I just read a post, and loved what some wrote. The lost pounds are as much as what some thin supermodels weigh. True! I’ve lost a small person. 😁
