I'm validated. When I keto, my body breathes a sigh of relief and purges the toxins and weight. As proof that body is thanking me, I tested well for ketones this morning (after just two days of 100% compliance) when usually it takes me a week to regain my ketosis. I'm a happy lady today which fuels my desire to succeed, so I'm off to make breakfast and get my yoga out of the way. Thank you everyone for the kind words and likes! :)
159.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
