72 hours….going one more day..breaking fast tomorrow…something I notice…after so many days..food isn’t important to me…was sitting here thinking about once I hit my maintance number…and eating only what’s going to benefit me….
259.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
