My weighin is tomorrow. I'm sure it's going to be up, but still below my goal weight so I'm not worried. By accident I bought a hot cocoa mix that has sugar in it. I thought I was buying cocoa powder with no sugar. I have been having more calories because of that. teehee

We are all trying to stay positive! I bought some jello I thought was sugar free and didn't realize it wasn't until after I opened it. I didn't make it though, I put it in a container and will save it for someone that eats the sugar.

Thank you, everyone! The hot cocoa mix had sugar in it, but to save on calories I only used 1/4 cup cocoa mix instead of 1/3 cup. Instead of 240 calories for a mug, I only had 180 calories. Since I forgot I'm in No Processed Sugar challenge, I put the cocoa mix away for now. :)

I am really trying to live by your motto and Stay Positive about this process (and also keep emphasizing that it is a process!). I love to look at your success--it inspires me. :)
