Go figure, the house scale is off when you first step on it. To get a more accurate reading you have to step on it 3 times. The first number is way off the last 2 are the same. I figured this out when I went to my Mom's doctors appointment with her, and stood on their scale. To my Happy surprise I have lost more weight than I had thought.
231.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
