Feeling good, life has been pretty hectic so I am trying to get back into a routine. Havent had the chance to do a lot of cooking lately so it was really nice to have cooked up a bunch of goodies today. I have really been craving a pasty lately and through some wizardry I managed to make up some really awesome low cal ones, along with homemade ice cream and chili. Also, i like to have cooked rice and a few kinds of beans frozen and ready to go as needed because it saves a lot of time. Realized just how much I like doing it that way after I ran out of just about everything haha. Tomorrow will be round to of my cook-athon, making cauliflower curry, and some butternut squash satay.
