Sometimes it's so difficult to see the weight keep "seasaw"(ing) back up, even though I know exactly what caused it.
252.2 lb Lost so far: 65.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Doesn't fluctuation SUCK? lol... I hate when it does that. I know that I am doing things right, and I know that I am losing weight. I just can't STAND to see that number crawling up. Don't worry, it'll come down again. Steady as she goes, Captain.
