Sweet! So here's what the 280's looks like! I think I'm going to do as many of you have done and record my "weigh-in's" once a week. Monday sounds like a good day for this. I'll probably still stand on the scale every morning but only record one day a week. Have a great day everyone.
289.0 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The Beck Diet for Life calls for morning weigh ins, but I'm with you. The +1/-1 daily flux is a pain to record. Once a week is enough to share. Congrats on down 2!

Nice and good work, I prefer to weight Friday myself because sometimes the weekends can be tough

Thanks everyone for your input. @Rockiesfan, that was my concern about weighing in on Mondays, but I think it might keep me "in check" over the weekends. I'm going to try it for a while and see what happens.
