Had a very busy day with traveling and meetings yesterday without much time for all my water intake. Hopefully tomorrow morning's weigh-in will look a little better. I better review my food intake for the last few days, just in case.
291.2 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too,Red. I *know* where I went off & why I am *still* off,but a review of what I am doing should help stick it in my memory banks once again & be the push I need to JUST SAY NO to Keeper,who is my *part time* supporter/part time saboteur.
