Time to say goodbye to the Blue zone for a little while, updated my goal weight. Things have still been moving right along in the right direction. Getting my tattoo on Thursday, to celebrate hitting 100 pounds lost. My family will be doing thanksgiving on Saturday. It will be a good week!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 103.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
