I have not been riding the bike and I gave in when my man brought home ben and jerrys :( I think he likes me chunky...Prolly scared I am going to leave him or something.
180.6 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I finally decided it isn't a plot on their part (others bringing home food) - it's simply the fact that although *I* changed what I eat didn't mean they would. Made it easier than suspecting them of subterfuge.
