For 1 year and 8 months, I have been watching what I eat and exercising more. I sometimes wish that I started my weight loss journey sooner, but we can't go back to the past, we have to start from today and keep going. Good luck, everyone! You can do this!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've been chasing you for a while! I can't catch up! I got a purse for my -50 lb mark! I was going to wait till 75 . .. . but it was taking too long! I am still hoping to catch up to you!
