Lost .8 pounds! I am looking for the 210's by the end of next week.

Any tips to share for our group?
212.4 lb Lost so far: 56.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Comments 
Temporarily switch high sugar fruits to low and medium fruits. Low sugar: limes, lemons, rhubarb, raspberries and blackberries. Medium sugar: blueberries, cantaloupes, casaba melon, watermelon, nectarine, papaya, peach, strawberries, apple, grapefruit, honeydew melon, guava and apricot. Low carbers do that anyway.
