Best advise ever! I see a lot of people talk about restarting "tomorrow". That's dangerous for me. Tomorrow can easily become "oh, I'll start on Monday" then "the first of the month would be a good time to restart'. The best time IMO is NOW.

And Deb, I think the only thing I would add to that statement is 'in controlled portions' Otherwise, you're right on, it's the only thing we need to know and do. It need not be so complicated! Thanks. For some reason, you're little Icon 'stay positive' has been jammed in my mind. At first I discredited it for being so cliché and paid no attention to it, but I came to the conclusion that it's exactly what I need to do in my life in general. I've been too negative in general. It's a message that I've received by it. Funny how life brings you insight.

Thanks for all the support and comments. @NowIUnderstand - Do you know I changed my profile pic icon avatar this morning before you wrote about it? It's not the same one. This one is new and it is in Italic font for emphasis! I was hoping that the Stay Positive message is contagious! Thank you!

How do I get rid of this tomato? I'd like my own features here instead...

Also note that those nuts are good fats and good calories that energize the body fat burning process.
