Considering we had a back yard cookout for family mohter's day, I did reasonably well. I DID stay away from the beer and didn't go over my FDA for the day and lost a little weight.
263.8 lb Lost so far: 53.9 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
