Day 4 waking up early to take a walk. I even had time to make myself breakfast and wonderful egg and cheese sandwich and I got to sit and it it. :)
203.9 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 53.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
