Well, I am hanging in there.

Can not believe I've made it to the 160's. Seems like it took FOREVER to get through the 170's.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1380 kcal Fat: 55.16g | Prot: 67.98g | Carb: 159.42g.   Breakfast: GOLEAN Crunch!, Tap Water, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: tap water, Cheeseburger, French Fries (Small). Dinner: salsa, tortilla chips, chicken breast, iceburg lettuce, tomato, sour cream, guacamole, fried corn tortilla, refried beans. Snacks/Other: Ester-C Gummies. more...

Wow we are close in starting weight and weight as of now. I found the 70's to go fast, the 60's not so much. I've been stuck for a while now. I guess I'm not doing it 100%, wait I know I am not. I have been moving, and setting up the new place. I can't seem to stay focused right now. Good luck.
