Recovered from my mid-week splurge! Been very good last couple of days. Three weeks now at same weight pretty much. Need to put in some extra effort to jump start things a bit!
149.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1421 kcal Fat: 26.49g | Prot: 77.02g | Carb: 234.70g.   Breakfast: Activia Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, french vanilla creamer, coffee, blueberries. Lunch: light wheat bread, sliced ham, shredded cheddar cheese kraft, bacos, fat free sun dried tomato dressing, Mixed Salad Greens. Dinner: potato, chicken breast. Snacks/Other: twizzler peel , fat free baguette. more...
