Oh my goodness - I went so over the top yesterday - had quite a party! Ate and drank enough to see me through the week! Oh my! Going to be good now - inlaws leaving today after six week visit - back to routine... did my abs and swam already this morning - going shopping for some fresh fruit and veg - Went to an old english pub for dinner last night and boy did we party!
