Ok - shred challenge starts today - yahoo!
Swam yesterday and lost the 2 pounds - must have been fluid...
Monday, monday..... have a great week everyone!
149.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
