Preplanning my meal with fatsecret carb counter is helping me. Sometimes I thought I was under the 20 g. on carbs but I wasn't....leaving me on a plateau. I didn't gain on those days, but didn't lose either. Now I am back to losing.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
