I saw a comment a few days ago that really stuck with me. The poster said "weightloss isn't linear." I find that SO true for me. Enjoy your walk and know that the fluctuation will head the other way soon ;-)

I admire the stability of your chart, Deb - mine looks like singsong, lol. Yours is a very minor fluctuation :-)

Deb, I sooo wish my weight loss graph looked like yours, LOL! My weight loss "needle" keeps getting stuck. I've resorted to using liquid diet drinks for breakfast, which I do not consider to be healthy. But it's just til I lose the necessary weight to have my hip replaced, then it's back to eating real, healthy food on a low cal, low carb regime. You are blessed not to have to take your metformin & cholesterol pills any more, that is wonderful. My hubby is type 2 diabetic & has to take metformin, plus 3 daily shots of Novolog & 1 night time shot of Lantus, & he still struggles to keep his sugars down. This is because he went 4 months without any meds because he lost his job & we had no insurance. He spent a week in the hospital because of it, & when he finally let me take him to the ER his sugars were so high they wouldn't even register. He gets lots of exercise working & walking around our farm & also exercycles when he can. You are doing AWESOME gal, & you know you've got this nailed! Skiny Hugs & Best wishes, Glammer

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate your support and comments! Glammer, I'm glad your husband is taking his meds now. Sometimes I drink a Glucerna shake for breakfast when I have to rush out of the house and there is no time to have a real meal. We do the best we can with whatever we have. Thanks for the cyber hugs!

Well Deb, I am sure there will be some ups and ups with me eventually but I guess that is the moral of the story with losing weight, we just have to push forward . I ask the Lord to give me that will power I need to get through each and every day, to eat to live not live to eat.... its been a month and no cravings so far...I think it is working, sure hope so...
