I've not been great over the last few weeks- it turns out I've diverticulitis, plus a virus in my stomach- so diet- what diet. Anyway back to recording what I eat again!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
